The Asset Advisor shall, in collaboration with the Asset Manager, manage Eni Norge's owner interests in discoveries, development projects, producing fields as well as cessation projects in the respective production licenses in the asset area. In addition, manage relevant Eni Norge internal work processes related to the management of the assets and the asset area.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibility:
- Ensure asset governance through risk management, asset management strategies and plans
- Align the asset team goals and area objectives through meetings, coordinated work processes (e.g. business plan, strategic plan etc.) and facilitated asset deliverables (e.g. input to budget process, license documents etc.)
- Represent Eni Norge’s owner interests on behalf of the Asset Manager
Main Tasks
- Establish and maintain risk management for the assets and the sourrounding area.
- Establish and maintain asset and area management strategies and plans.
- Participate in management committee meetings as deputy management committee member.
- Support subcommittee members as required.
- Coordinate asset input to business plan and strategic plan.
- Coordinate all asset related input to the Eni Norge planning cycle and maintain consistency in the data set.
- Facilitate reoccuring production license processes (Long Range Plan, work program and budget, production program, permits etc.).
- Organize Eni Norge asset team meetings incl. pre-meetings to management committee meetings.
- Represent Eni in JV cooperation activities as required (e.g. rig cooperation, CO2 and H2S forum etc.).
- Interface with business development as required regarding portfolio strategies, data room set-up and business development project support.
Education:
Master Degree of Science or equivalent.
Languages:
Fluent oral and written English.
Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience from the Oil and Gas Industry, previous work experience with Norwegian Continental Shelf and Joint Operating Agreements essential.
Knowledge and technical or professional skills
Knowledge of the Norwegian Continental Shelf petroleum activity and legislation. Multi-discipline skills and understanding within the following areas: operations, development, reservoir, cost control, governmental regulations. Thorough understanding of commercial and legal (agreements) aspects of asset management.
