Our activities in Norway

Longterm and considerable contributor

Eni Norge is an active participant and has interests in 51 production licences, of which it is operator in thirteen.

In 2010 the company’s net production from its participating interests totalled 44.8 million barrels of oil equivalents:

60% oil, condensate and NGL
40 % gas

Our first field in production – Marulk came on stream 2nd April 2012, and Goliat is under development with planned production start up towards the end of 2013.

We currently employ more than 400 personnel, with offices in Forus outside Stavanger and in Hammerfest. The Eni Group has 80 000 employees in 79 countries

Company information

Marulk

Marulk is the first field on the Norwegian shelf operated by Eni Norge. The field is developed as a subsea completion directly tied-in to the Norne FPSO.

Goliat

Goliat will be the first oil field to be developed in the Norwegian sector of the Barents Sea. The field is planned to come onstream towards the end of 2013.
